Product Care

Plywood

Colours and grains may vary with our plywood. This is due to the natural properties of the material. Our plywood products are made for indoor use, so we recommend keeping your item away from direct sunlight.

To keep your product clean, simply use a dry cloth to wipe away any dust. You may also use a damp soap with a little dish washing liquid to wipe them clean.

Acrylics (including Mirrored acrylic)

Our acrylic (including our acrylic mirror) products are fragile. Please handle them with care. Do not drop the acrylic as it may break.

If your product requires hanging, please ensure that it is fastened securely and not within reach of children.

Do you customize?

Yes, we do. Kindly send us a message via chat to know if we can accommodate the your customization requests.

 

What is the process of placing custom orders?

For cake toppers and Christmas ornaments, kindly leave us with the text/names to be put on the topper or ornaments. We will send you the layout and ask for your approval. Once approved, we will line it up for production and ship the items.

 

When will I receive my order?

We usually ask for 7-10 business days for production of your orders. Kindly allow 2-3 days for courier to deliver within Metro Manila and Luzon or 10-14 days for Visayas and Mindanao.

We can ship items earlier if workload permits.

 

How can I track my order?

We will send you the tracking number of your order so you can check for updates.

 

What if the item I received is wrong, incomplete or broken?

We always make sure to deliver excellent quality items and package them with utmost care. However, should any of the above scenarios arise, please message us right away so we can correct our error.

We believe in quick and stress-free returns so we want to make this an EASY process for you.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can change or cancel your order as long as it has not been produced yet. 

Shipping & Delivery

The typical courier delivery time is 2-3 days (Metro Manila) and 14 days (Visayas & Mindanao) after the order is shipped. Please note the typical delivery time frame does not include processing time and that shipping may be slightly delayed on holidays and weekends.

Please allow up to 10 days for production of your orders.

At the time of placing your order with us, you will receive an “Order Confirmation” by email confirming the reception of your order. Once your order has been packed and shipped you will also receive a “Shipping Confirmation” email from our courier partners (Lalamove, JRS and GoGo Xpress) providing you with your shipment tracking number. If you haven't receive an email, kindly email us at lasercraftsph@gmail.com.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want all our customers to be happy with their purchases. All of our products are custom-made and made to order in small batches.

If you have received a damaged product or if you receive an item in which the quality has been compromised, please email a photo and we’ll arrange an exchange that will make you feel completely satisfied. You have 24-48 hours after receiving the product to contact Laser Crafts Ph via email to let us know.
